Summer is here, and some of the Molise PR clients have started the season with a bang.
Molise PR, Chicago Public Relations Firm, had the opportunity to catch up with some of our clients including, Real Urban BBQ, Michelle Durpetti Events, and our newest client Factor 75, to see what they have been up to so far this summer. From festivals to segments, to great publicity, they have really started off strong making their presence in Chicago this season
Over the last month there has been some exciting things happening for client and BBQ pros, Real Urban BBQ. They were named a finalist for the 2nd year in a row in the Peoples’ Choice category at the 15th annual RibFest Chicago, making great strides towards becoming one of Chicago’s top BBQ Restaurants.
At Ribfest Chicago, Real Urban BBQ went through an astonishing amount of product:
- 300 lbs of dry rub
- 2,400 buns
- 1,996 slabs of St. Louis Style Ribs (9,000 samples)
- 110 gallons of sauce
- 1,152 portions of Mac N’ Cheese
- 25 gallons of baked beans
- 162 rolls of paper towels
- and TOO MANY plates
It was a busy yet successful weekend with plenty of people waiting to get a hand on some of their famous ribs.
Michelle Durpetti and her lovely team at Michelle Durpetti Events has also started off strong this summer planning dream weddings, throwing great equestrian events and their most recent segment shot live at Fox Chicago News. She also showed some tasty treats, and some things you may never have heard of including Charcoal made out of coconut shells, by Charcos, Potted Herbs instead of Floral by Exquisite Designs, Glasswear by Wine Punts and plates and silver wear made from fallen leaves by Verterra plus all the delisious entrée’s by Jewell Events & Catering
Molise PR’s newest client, Factor 75, has come into the summer guns blazing, quickly establishing themselves as one of the premier meal delivery services in Chicago. They have been doing great with their healthy meal plans, created by founder Nick Wernimont.
Nick Wernimont was a former mix-martial arts fighter, wakeboarder, snowboarder, and hunter, as well as got to 130 solo skydives before starting Factor 75. He started the company when realizing that 75% of fitness results come from what you eat, and so Factor 75 came to be.
